Our special ballooning room only rate of just $205.00 for a double deluxe room with ensuite includes all of the many complimentary extras, facilities and services for which we excel at Brackson House.  (Please note that a $30 heating supplement applies for spa use for stays less than 2 nights).

With such an early start to the day and after indulging in the hearty ballooning 'champagne' breakfast, why drive back home when you can spoil yourself with another night's accommodation and enjoy, at your  leisure, all that Brackson House has to offer; perhaps even another snooze in your freshly serviced room.  All this for just $315.00 for the 2nd night which includes a delicious continental gourmet breakfast.

**PLEASE NOTE:    CHECK-OUT FOR BALLOONING GUESTS IS AT THE TIME THAT YOU LEAVE IN THE MORNING TO GO BALLOONING. 

Check-in is between 3pm and 6pm or by prior arrangement.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Should ballooning be cancelled before check-in and we are notified by our guest of the cancellation, then there is no cancellation fee applied however if already checked-in, then the usual ballooning rate of $205.00 applies with check-out being at 10am promptly (breakfast not included nor available).

Please be advised that due to demand, bookings cancelled (other than cancellations by ballooning company) within 48 hours of reservation date Sunday - Thursday  and within 4 days Friday - Saturday and public holidays will be charged at the full rate.
